We went to J Peters for the first time last week while on vacation. It was perfect. The salad with the house dressing was a special treat. So much so that we went back before coming home. Everything was delicious. Oh did I mention the honey butter croissants were to die for. Don’t miss a chance to dine there. You will not be disappointed.
It was very good. The grouper sandwich was HUGE and so tender and flaky. Just exquisite! The spicy shrimp app was so good and the salmon was wonderful. Next visit we will certainly come again.
We were in town visiting my aunt for her 80'th birthday and she really wanted prime rib at J Peters. Being in from Atlanta, where I can get prime rib anywhere, I chose the fried flounder. Others in our party chose a selection of items from shrimp to the she crab soup and of course the prime rib. The flounder game in a huge portion and it was 100% the best flounder I have ever eaten. The breading was crisp and had a slight sweetness to it. The flounder was moist, thick and flaky. If you like fried flounder, you must get it. I cant wait to come back.
We had the pleasure of having Harmony as our server. Her name reflects her personality; she is so kind, warm and friendly! Excellent service and great food at very reasonable. prices. We loved the tuna, crab cake and delicious signature house salad Thank you, Harmony for starting our vacation out with your beautiful smile.
My mother and I were in the mood for a great meal and needed to relax so we went to J Peter’s. Even though we ate inside you still have a great view of the water. The booth was comfortable and the food was fabulous! Our server was attentive and personable. We both got the grilled chicken with loaded mash and a side salad. The salad was so good and I loved everything they put on it, not to mention the croissant. The chicken was beyond moist, and heated up well as did the potatoes, because it was so much food we had to take most of it home.
Went to eat twice in a row, this place was soo delicious and decently priced. The honey croissants, prime rib, shrimp Alfredo, soup and even kids meals are yummy!!! Decently the place to go eat!! We had Harmony as our waitress, she was very friendly, great with the kids & awesome service!! I personally can’t wait to go eat there again!!
The early bird menu is where it is at! You get a salad, croissant, and dinner - most items around 20! You'll be full and satisfied in no time. We got sat right away, but there was a decent wait for our food to come out. Baked potato was dry and although I saw a different plate with chives and greens on theirs, our group didn't get that element included. Staff were definitely busy, may have appreciated a bit more attention for a refill on our drinks.
Teriyaki Salmon, Shrimp Alfredo excellent. Homemade Crab Cake out of this world. Staff perfect.
